Molokai-Chuck Posted April 20, 2013 #1 Share Posted April 20, 2013 I know the dress code on the POAm for men at dinner time is somewhat relaxed as far as pants/shorts go. I was wondering if anyone knew which dining venue requires pants at dinner time? Since the Brazil place is not up and running yet.... any info on pants for it on the other ships? Thanks. punkincc Posted April 20, 2013 #2 Share Posted April 20, 2013 Moderno does not require long pants on the other NCL ships. The only ones who do would be the larger and more formal of the 2 MDR and the French restaurant, Le Bistro.
kcfoxy Posted April 20, 2013 #3 Share Posted April 20, 2013 Moderno does not require long pants on the other NCL ships. The only ones who do would be the larger and more formal of the 2 MDR and the French restaurant, Le Bistro. On POA that would be Jefferson Bistro and Liberty MDR, though you might still see some shorts in the latter. DH felt more comfortable with jeans/Docker type pants and polo shirt or Aloha wear in Moderno when we were on the Jewel, same for the Dinner with an Officer. Personally, I believe Moderno deserves "buffet" waist bands. These nifty multistich, full elastic bands are the sort seen on...putter...pants but your stomach will surely thank you. As far as shorts in Moderno on POA, I don't know. Do you have nice legs? :D
