Buying wine for cruise

My dh and myself are flying into fll precruise and staying at Holiday Inn, POM. Where can we buy wine before the cruise near the HI? Don't want to fly with wine in suitcase. Thanks.

There is a CVC just a block or so from the Holiday Inn that carries some basic wines.

 

If you want something with more choice you could go to Publick's which is about a 20 minute walk each way.

Yes. Like a Walgreens. Not a lot of groceries, think small selection like a convenience store. But they usually have a decent number of inexpensive, brand name wines of the popular varieties. (Can't buy alcohol on Sunday mornings.)
