Post Cruise Ideas 4:30 Flight Thanksgiving Weekend

We disembark from Jewel of the Seas on the Saturday after Thanksgiving. I've read that SJU can get pretty busy on a normal day. I was wondering if we would be able to do a shore excursion through RCCL that will transport us to airport and still make our 4:30 flight? The excursion is listed for flights departing after 2:30. But with it being the holiday weekend I just don't know. Any thoughts?

And your flight is 4:30? That's a lot of wiggle room, I wouldn't even think twice about it.

 

On my last cruise in San Juan I did an excursion that was for flights after 4:00, everyone was fine. It was actually very quiet there at that time of the day, it was a Sunday. I know it's a zoo early because I've had early flights out too.

 

FYI-Don't forget to get the USDA inspection before you check your bags, they will look for the sticker.
