Hey ladies, for those that did OOT bags, did you deliver them before hand, and if not and flew with them, were there any issues with items going thru checked luggage? Any advice gratefully accepted :) did not think before hand too indepth about it, now I'm afraid I need to pay for an extra suitcase :O

We had picture frames (4x6 with glass) as part of our OOT bags so we ended up packing them up very carefully with bubble wrap then then shipped them to our hotel. I think the cost was about $35 from CT to FL via UPS with insurance. I also made the guy put fragile on every visiable surface (even though he said UPS treats every package as fragile). I figured it was cheaper than the risk of somebody throwing the suitcase on an airplane. Plus honestly it made one less thing for me to worry about since I was traveling with my dress/shoes/luggage.

Hey, thanks for the idea :) I would send them but we are arriving morning of and no hotel stay....I don't think I can mail to the port, probably not enough time anyway at this point.
