Transatlantic Ports on your own?

Recommended Posts

Looking for suggestions of excursions cruisers have done on their own on the Westbound Transatlantic (Brilliance of the Sea). We have cruised before in both the Mediterranean and the Baltic and have loved the freedom of using public transportation to explore on our own.

Looking at the ports (Dublin, Cork, Faroe Islands, Le Havre, Portland (Dorset), Reykjavik), I'm wondering if others have recommendations as to what works well in the time we have.

Thanks

Welcome to Cruise Critic! :)

You might ask others on your roll call and sailing what their plans are for the ports. The link is here: http://boards.cruisecritic.com/showthread.php?t=1622249

You can also try the ports of call board here at Cruise Critic for suggestions and tours of the various ports. Have a great cruise! :)
