lifesabeach123 Posted April 29, 2013 #2 Share Posted April 29, 2013 It's quite good but not to the standard of Mexico or Bora Bora! The area to the far right around the jetty is good as is the reef about 50feet in front of the swim zone. Here's a map showing the two main areas http://bayahibesup.com/bayahibe-map and here's a bunch of videos - as you'll see the visibility varies. lifesabeach123 Posted May 18, 2013 #4 Share Posted May 18, 2013 You need a $US20 returnable deposit to rent snorkel gear from Dreams water sports hut (face ocean walk to far left, hut is at the back of the beach marked GriGri Divers). Better to bring your own mask, you don't really need fins.
