Can you smoke at the sky bar on deck 12?

Yes. I do not smoke, however, I was at the Sky Bar for pre-sailaway M&M and remember there being an ashtray receptacle in that area with smokers gathered around it.

Indeed. We went up to the Sky Bar after sail away where we met one of the ship's DJs. He smoked at the bar no problem. He was obviously friendly with the bartender (Alex) who put an ashtray on the bar for him.
