Has anyone booked with Planet Cruise before and if so what was your experience like please?:confused:

I have just seen that on Google which is worrying as I have booked with them and there seem to be mistakes on my booking so just hope the flights, transfers and cruise all run smoothly!

Hi There,

 

From what I recall

 

the complaints were about the small print, charges for changes,

 

wanting paid in full early etc,

 

I tried a similar company last year,

 

the problems we had were the flights were Easy Jet we had to pay Easy Jet extra for seats and bags,

 

the transfer was a nice bus but it was only one a day, we had to wait hours and hours to board it.

 

we had real problems getting them to confirm we had transfers

 

they kept saying we have e mailed you all docs, we kept saying not tickets for bus, took six goes to get tickets,

 

if you are worried copy every thing you have and take it with you

 

make a note of their e mail and direct phone numbers,

 

Princess reps saw or group standing around and offered to help us at the airport which was nice
