Holiday Inn Express

I'm looking for reviews on the Holiday Inn Express on State Rd in Ft. Lauderdale. Anyone have any comments or info on this particular Holiday Inn????

We usually rotate between the Hyatt North and HI Express. We have stayed at the HI on numerous occasions. It is nothing fancy but rooms are bright and clean. The front desk people are friendly and the Shuttle service from the airport is good. They also have a good buffet in the morning. The location is excellent. We have actually seen people walk to Princess Pier 2 from there with luggage and all. We would not think of doing this. It is a good hotel. Enjoy ! :)

We stayed at that hotel in March. Nice location - great restaurant across the street called Slackers. Great food and nice happy hour! The shuttle from the airport was okay and the shuttle to the pier the next day was easy ($8 per person charged to your hotel room). The pier shuttle was timely and the staff friendly.
