Carnival Dream, TV Inputs?

Greetings.

 

We are on Carnival Dream sailing 6/22. I wanted to get some info on stateroom TV. I like to stay in once in a while and watch some stuff on TV. And I tend to carry with me a 1tb portable hard drive with different TV shows, movies, training videos (for my certification classes).

 

So, does the TV has HDMI input that we can switch to? I know from hotel experience that you can have anything. From input that you cannot switch to, to a complete input panel by the bed (thanks Hyatt!). So, I was wondering if I would be able to plug in my tablet to the TV and watch content.

Unfortunately, no. It is component only, and there is no spare input. At least that is what we encountered in our room on Deck 7. Enjoy your cruise though!:)
