Which was the reason we booked 2 extra nights in CPH post cruise..to do NOMA ( 2 nighrs gave us flexibility)

so is Geranium worth it. Read mixed reviews, I have made a booking (we'll do Nimb one night as we are staying there)

Any other knock your socks of places?

Just to clarify: Here is a quote from the NOMA homepage:

On Monday the 6th of May 2013 at 10 a.m. (CET) we start taking table reservations for August 2013(noma is closed for the entire month of July).

Please be aware that noma is closed Sundays and Mondays

According to the Annual Worlds Best Restaurant list, Geranium came in at #45. Relae came in at #56. Noma was #2 dropping a place from the top.

We were in Copenhagen on a Monday which seems like the day that all the top restaurants are closed. All the above and Nimb were all closed. We made a reservation at Formel B which serves Danish/Organic cuisine. Good but really expensive for the food/wine/service when compared to NYC. However we found Copenhagen expensive every where...

Good luck on your restaurant quest.

Yes that wasn't on the website in January

Monday closures for top places is the norm world wide

Having been to CPH before...yeah it's pricey

I used the worlds best list to narrow my search, doesn;t mean its good

Tetsuyas here was on top for a long time and it was one of the biggest Ohhhhhs I've had
