is it possible to see your account of points and everything related to C&A?

 

Everytime I go to the Royal Caribbean site it says "coming soon".

Yes I do, but realizing you are from Spain, I don´t know if you are looking at the Spanish Website and what it´s like on that one.

try searching on the site for Crown and anchor through FAQ and you may find a link there

I have no problem seeing my past cruises, points balance, etc - It was VERY tricky to set up but I finally got it.

I think we Need someone else from Spain to give accurate Information here.

 

I remember in the past I could Access the C&A site but not being from the US I couldn´t sign up for it and I would have gotten the "coming soon" message. So it might be RCI hasn´t set up spain for online Access yet. Of course it could be a different Problem too.

Well, when I go to activate my account (it's in order to access online, I suppose) I get a message that the system can not process my details and says that I need to try again, is this what you say that was 'tricky'?

Parts of the my cruises account site (C&A member site) are down right now. It's random. Some things work some don't. It's been verified by a friend of mine with a phone call who is unable to complete her cruise check in on line. One thing that won't work is the cruise documentation acceptance. Other things, too, of course aren't working.

 

Wait until later and try again.
