Port or Starboard Balcony for Hawaii

Was just wondering which was better -- a port or starboard balcony on Pride of Aloha or Pride of America for Hawaii?

This has been the way it has been most of our Hawaii sailings......

 

Honolulu.......when at pier 11, starboard side in to the pier

 

Hilo ....... can be either way

 

Kona .... spin on the anchor

 

Maui ...... port side to the pier

 

Kauai .... port side to the pier

According to the book, both ships pass Mount Kilauea on the right side which would be the starboard, correct?????

Every ship....and every time I have sailed past the lava flows at night has turned around and allowed the other side to see the flows.
