Webcam for San Diego cruise terminal

i'm having trouble finding the link to the webcam that looks down at the cruise ship terminal. i've tried sundiegolive.com but that doesn't show the cruise terminal but does show a panoramic view of downtown san diego.

 

can someone help me with the link, please?
