Booked trio dining package, can I change the reservation day/time once on board?

If I book the signature trio dining package for our Dawn cruise online, I have to make reservations at the three restaurants for specific nights and times. Is it possible to adjust the reservation date/time for a particular restaurant once we are on board? If not, I am not sure I want to commit to a particular restaurant on a particular day or time. Thanks to anyone who can offer any info on how this works.

I dont know what the official policy is, but we booked trio last year on both the Gem and on the Pearl, and I made numerous changes once onboard on both ships, and no one gave me a problem about it.
