Thanks to all of you for your gret ideas, advice, etc on our cruise planning to Alaska, but we had to cancel!! We started totaling up all the costs, with plane fare for the 4 of us, excursions, hotels, etc and our total came to close to 10,000 for our 7 day cruise, which we could not justify.... but we also did not want to do a pared down, budget minded cruise to Alaska either, so we switched to the Caribbean Princess September 10 sailing to the Western Caribbean. When our two teenaged sons graduate from high school in 2 years, we will go by ourselves!! sut wanted to say thank you to all. Now I have to start a whole new research, start a new folder, ask new questions etc!!! Thanks again!!!
