Ship is drifting at anchor, due to strong tide,

 

she will need to use thrusters to bring her back round to her correct position for tendering

 

then you get a great view of the Rail Bridge

Looks like the ship has turned around to shelter the tenders from the fast flowing Forth.

 

Can be very rough for tendering, once did a night tender there.

My most magnificent shore trip was the Military Tattoo at Edinburgh.

 

True story:

Weather was the usual drizzle until a solo soprano began singing "Amazing Grace". The clouds parted and the stars came out.

That's the sort of thing that can make a believer out of the most devout heathen.:D
