terigo Posted May 16, 2013 #1 Share Posted May 16, 2013 It says that if you purchase the FTTF you get priority with dining room and specialty restaurants. Does that translate to getting moved up if there is a line for the Anytime dining? Thanks in advance. Teri

I believe it just means you'll get a better chance at your preferred dining time if you request a specific time.
Noel182002 Posted May 16, 2013 #3 Share Posted May 16, 2013 You wait during anytime dining just like everyone else...first come first serve or however the table opens up.....

Teri Just gets you priority in choosing between early, late and ATD, like it does for Platinum and Diamond folks. A guy on our Dream cruise tried to cut in line saying he was FTTF and had priority dining and the girls at the desk tried to explain to him that it did not allow him to cut to front of the line. Finally they called security and had him escorted to the back of the line. (he was being seated about the time we were finishing our dinner. ) Don't be THAT guy...:D Bill

I can see a passenger making that mistake, but pushing that losing hand when called out, that just made it worse for him. But you have to admire him at least for not just giving up completely and slinking off to the buffet.

RWolver672 Posted May 17, 2013 #8 Share Posted May 17, 2013 On our last cruise, reboarding the ship at one of the ports, the line was very long. A family came up to a couple a few people ahead of us and said that they were going to the front of the line because they had FTTF. I wish I had been at the front to see if they got onboard any quicker. Priority boarding does not include getting back on the ship any earlier.
