DEALING WITH THE PLAYERS CLUB IS HOPELESS.

WE LIVE IN THE UK AND DEALING WITH THEM IS TEARING MY HAIR OUT.

WE HAD A LIST OF OFFERS AFTER OUR LAST CRUISE ON VALOR.

CAN'T PHONE ANYONE IN UK AND CAN'T USE A 1 800 NUMBER FROM UK TO USA.

TRIED DEALING WITH MR BAYONA HE WILL HAVE AN AGENT CALL US.

AGENT EMAILS WITH DIRECT DIAL NUMBER IN US BUT WON'T PHONE US.

SPEAK TO AGENT RE DISCOUNT, CASINO CREDIT ETC.

AGENT CAN'T BE SPECIFIC SO AGREE TO PHONE BACK NEXT DAY.

MEANWHILE 2 CONFIRMED BOOKINGS RE 2 BACK TO BACKS(26 DAYS IN TOTAL) ARE EMAILED TO ME.

eMAIL AGENT AND SHE REPLIES "IGNORE THEM AS THEY WERE "TESTS" ?????.

NOW AGENT SAYS RING SEA TRADE UK AND HAVE THEM CONTACT HER FOR DISCOUNT.

I HAVE BEEN GOING ROUND IN CIRCLES.

I WANT TO CRUISE FOR 26 DAYS AND SPEND GOOD MONEY BUT NO ONE SEEMS TO WANT TO DEAL WITH ME.

WHAT AM I DOING WRONG?

CAN ANYONE OFFER ADVICE OR HELP.

IF I CAN'T GIVE MY MONEY TO CARNIVAL SHOULD I GIVE IT TO ROYAL CARRIBEAN?

I'm really sorry to hear that you're having problems. Did you try booking on Carnival's website? Typically once you log onto their website, you can see your casino offers there under the "Special Offers" tab, then "VIFP Club Offers." Once you do that, you can enter your VIFP # to see your casino offers currently available, and then book them online with the offer code showing. Once booked, you can pick up any casino cash available to you at the casino cage with a photo ID.
