lions1995 Posted May 17, 2013 #1 Share Posted May 17, 2013 I have read that the Baltimore Terminal will prevent people from parking if people are still leaving from the previuos cruise. I have also read that if you are being dropped off (taxi, friend) that they will let you in to drop people off. So, my questions is, I am traveling with a lot of people, if I arrive and people are not allowed to park yet, can I drop them off and come back around and wait to park? If I can, I would assume that when I finally check in, I would be seated / zoned away from them.
jcl410 Posted May 17, 2013 #2 Share Posted May 17, 2013 When we got married on the ship in Baltimore (Grandeur of the Seas 4 years ago in July), we arrived at 10am, with no problem. They were already letting people in to park and through security - Check in didn't begin until 1030... How early are you trying to arrive? lions1995 Posted May 18, 2013 Author #3 Share Posted May 18, 2013 I am thinking between 10:30 and 11:00. But I have heard of times when the ship gets in late, people who are being dropped off have been able to check in, but those driving had to wait to park. jcl410 Posted May 19, 2013 #4 Share Posted May 19, 2013 Are you on RCI or Carnival? Carnival gets in a little later than the RCI ship.. But barring a really bad problem - like a delay for weather - 1030 should be fine.... Make sure to check for last minute updates from the cruise line.
