NancyL2 Posted June 21, 2005 #1 Share Posted June 21, 2005 I have a few very newbie type questions I hope someone can answer. I'll be sailing on Enchantment of the Seas. Do all cabins have robes to use....even inside cabins? If inside cabins don't automatically have robes .... If I ask the cabin steward will he/she be able to get me one? Do inside cabins have mini-fridges? Thank you!
dyanna72 Posted June 21, 2005 #2 Share Posted June 21, 2005 The only way to get a robe is by asking for one unless you are in a suite. The mini-fridges are also in the suites. I don't beleive they are in any of the oceanview/inside rooms. You might want to contact RCCL to request one. They might charge you for it but I cannot confirm this. serene56 Posted June 21, 2005 #3 Share Posted June 21, 2005 Take a soft sided collapasible cooler--one that holds 12 cans. THey will keep your stuff colder then the min frigs anyhow. Get rid of the ice bucket and ask the cabin steward to fill that up with ice. Robes? not in inside cabins
TheWog Posted June 21, 2005 #4 Share Posted June 21, 2005 We sailed the Enchantment in a balcony cabin (D1). It did not include robes, but we asked and two were brought in shortly thereafter with no questions. Sorry, don't know the answer about the fridge. Have a great cruise. kayred Posted June 21, 2005 #5 Share Posted June 21, 2005 I will be traveling on Princess and I am a plus size. Will there be robes that will fit or are they all, "one size fits most". Thanks for the info
CaribbeanBlue Posted June 21, 2005 #6 Share Posted June 21, 2005 They carry plenty of the plus size robes. These are very popular for the cozy wrap aroud effect! CaribbeanBlue http://www.*****.org
kitty9 Posted June 21, 2005 #7 Share Posted June 21, 2005 I"ve not been on any cruise ship, and I've been on most of the lines, where the robe fit a plus sized person. Their notion of plus size isn't reality.

NancyL2 Posted June 25, 2005 Author #9 Share Posted June 25, 2005 Little disappointed the robes aren't in all the cabins ..... but will ask the cabin steward for one when we board. Thanks for that tip! Love the tip about the soft sided collapasible cooler! That will help alot.
