Scooter in Copenhagen, Stockholm and Helsinki.

Has anyone used a scooter on a Baltic cruise which is 14 days and pretty port intensive. Would love to have it for the ship, and to use on land, if possible, in Copenhagen, Stockholm, Helsinki, and possibly Tallin. Has anyone seen anyone use a scooter in these ports? I would not even think of taking it off the ship in St Petersburg, Berlin Tour( Warnemunde) or Le Harvre.

Are we talking about a mobility scooter? If so, they are very common on ships but you need to have room to park them in your cabin (not in the hall). You might find it difficult to negotiate some ports for a variety of reasons (needing transport from port to town, uneven streets, etc.).
