Thanks, CMI, I remember the red lips cruise ships. They are kinda cute. Sometimes there is red tape we don't know about. Things happen. Sorry certainly doesn't sound like Radisson standards. Maybe Voyager will get this problem ironed out.

One problem of this nature is one problem too many. This could have been averted, had they been better prepared. Did RSSC make any amends for such major disorganization and inconvenience? I would hope so, considering they should have been prepared far better than they were.

I did not hear of any action taken to make up for the snafu.
