? re adjoining cabins

the adjoinging room was filled with kids and they were always giggling and ordering from room service. And they NEVER closed their ajoining door:D.

Ok - fine they were my kids.... Actually it was very quiet and if both adjoinging doors were closed you would not have noticed anything (this was on deck 6) A friend had an adjoining cabin on deck 9, i believe, and had trouble because the neighbors were chain smokers... they even tried the duct tape trick to no avail.

I would be more worried about smoking rather than noise.

Twice, first time we didn't know anyone was in there until we bumped into them going to dinner one night, second time was noisy, must have had a hard of hearing person because their TV was so loud and also he had a cough. So I guess its the luck of the draw.

We didn't know until we entered the room and were opening closets that one door was to the room next door. i fretted a moment, but heard nothing the entire 11 nights. Saw the couple on their balcony at sail away, but other than that we'd never have known it was occupied.
