Southbound Alaska, Why no Glacier Bay?

Anybody know why NCL doesn't do Glacier Bay National Park on Southbound from Whittier?

I'm still contemplating our first Alaska cruise for next summer and really want to hit both Hubbard and Glacier Bay. Flights for the Southbound work better for our dogs, one less day in the kennel. But Princess is only one that hits both on Southbound.

I really want to go NCL. We've done HAL four times and want something more casual which wouldn't really be accomplished on Princess.

More of a curiosity than anything else I am just trying to figure out why?

There's a quota system on glacier bay. The park system only allows so many ships in there per day and/or per year. My guess would be that NCL didn't have enough of a quota allowance to cover all the itineraries and this is the one that got the short stick.
