Deettet Posted June 3, 2013 #1 Share Posted June 3, 2013 I'm going to Alaska on the Westerdam and want to know if they keep it chilly in the dining room. I've been on some ships that I just froze and had to wear a jacket.
Krazy Kruizers Posted June 3, 2013 #2 Share Posted June 3, 2013 We recently did 20 days through the Panama Canal on her. There were a couple of times when the dining room was cold -- our table was right by the upstairs railing. I had to wear a light shawl.
jaguarstyper Posted June 4, 2013 #3 Share Posted June 4, 2013 I was on Westerdam twice in the past 6 months, once in the Caribbean and once in Alaska and I found it to be a little chilly in the Main Dining Room on both cruises. And I am rarely cold. If your sensitive to the cold, I would definitely bring something warmer to wear in the MDR.
