Anyone used a shuttle service in FL that actually brought a car seat?

Please, please don't turn this into a thread about whether or not parents should bring car seats on vacation.

 

I simply want to know if anyone has used a shuttle service that showed up with a seat in good condition? Had an experience a few years ago where they said they would bring one and didn't. I'd like the name of the company too please.

I have used top shuttle before to go from hotel in Ft. Lauderdale to the port of Miami and back to FLL after the cruise. They did provide a car seat that was in very good condition. I have used them 2x and they were reliable. http://www.topshuttle.com/index.php
