Future Cruise Certificate

My future cruise Certificate of $100.00 is not showing. Where and when does this appear?:(

Took a couple weeks for ours to show. On carnival website go to manage my cruise; click on that cruise - go to "to do list" click on view cruise documents; check box "print general information" scroll down till you see your itemzed cruise charges - just under that is where they will show the onboard credit.

First you have to have it added to you booking... Then it will appear as a deposit... I tried to do it on line, but had to call to get it done...:)

We mailed our (registered mail) - certificate had a place to put your booking number so they apply to the correct cruise.

And follow up within two weeks to make sure it has been applied properly.

I've been trying for 6 weeks to get ours applied. Numerous phone calls to Carnival. Each time they enter the information and the next person can't even see that it was entered. I sent an email with the information to customer service last week. This is ridiculous!

Mine was applied yesterday. Took about 2 weeks after final payment..:)
