Splendor July 2014. When will I see excursions?

We are doing a family cruise on the Splendor in 2014. I want to rent the Oasis on Half Moon Cay but when I go to plan activities there are no excursions available. Isn't that unusual?

 

On previous cruises I thought I booked excursions 18 months out.
