Boxing Classes on Freedom

Has anyone done this before? What is the cost? How large is the group? At what times is this offered? Is it a good workout/fun/doable for someone who has never boxed before? Thanks!

My wife did it on the Freedom and it had its pros and cons. She stated unfortunately the cons outweighed the pros. They hit real punching bags and her wrists killed her at night. Something you don't want to feel on your vacation. The workout was good.

We did it on Freedom and found it boring and not really a good work out...but then again we box at home twice a week so maybe our expectations were just too high. I think the cost was $15 and it was around 8:30 or 9 am on sea days.
