glory late leaving boston

Probably weather. Our cruise last year was a day late leaving. And no supplies loaded on Sunday. Had to wait until Portland.

They can't refuel because of lightening - and dock workers won't work under certain conditions or overtime.

I am not sure why it took so long to get people off the ship. We were on the sailing that got off on June 9th and we were off the ship and in our vehicle headed back to Vermont by 8am. We did do self assist maybe after that people took their time.

There was a power outage in Boston yesterday and the Pru tunnel was closed and traffic was horrible. Maybe they had alot of people stuck in traffic and waited for them or for supplies that werent yet there.

Just a thought.

We were off by 7:45am. We had priority but they were calling the next people has we left, It must have been delays associated with the ship itself, weather or possible flight delays. It sailed and I am sure people are having a great time! :p
