choice aire and pick your promo

Ok we have a b2b booked for March 2014. I think we are going to use the air promo for a one way to San Juan. (right now because it is so far out only American has a flight and it is $250 pp one way so really we are paying 50 each for air fair). I have never used choice, what are the fees on top of the air fare? it looks like there is a $15 and a $25 but I am not sure for what. I am wondering if it is really better to just go with the ship credit instead because right now I have no other airline choices. We are coming from Minnesota so I looked at southwest to see fight times Sep-Dec and their fight out is almost 12 hours with connections vs 8. I am not sure if the free luggage may be worth that as it would get us in San Juan at 11:15 PM and I am not comfortable at night in a new city. we could always do southwest home for the luggage. what are your thoughts???

The fees are as stated. We've used Choice Air numerous times without any trouble. There's a sticky at the top of the forum page that you might find useful to read.
