SWIFT..Summer wear is fun today! Was our pledge that ends today. Was suppose to get us ready (lose weight) so our summer clothes would look better on US!

Since everyone's on a different WOE (diet) and since summers loss's can be slow during the summer with kids home, bbq's, vacations away, parties,ect.

So you make your pladge to lose a certain amount or to at least stay the same.
