Formal nights on the 12 night Med. cruise on the Serenade?

We are cruising on the Serenade Sept. 4th this year. How many formal nights are there and what days will they be? Thanks!

I believe there is 3 formal nights.

 

One of them is on the 2nd day, another on the 6th day (9th Sept) and I am not sure about the third one.

 

If you look at the forum from the person just back from the Serenade they have a link to the cruise compass for a similar 12 night itinerary.
