Enchantment 3 day Menu's?

Does anyone back from a recent 3 day on the Enchantment of the Seas remember the menus they offered, and on which nights they were served (Mojo, Saffron, etc)?

I read on another post recently they were:

 

saffron

pimento

pomodoro

 

I do not remember what nights each one was though. Im sure you could search it though, it was posted in the last couple weeks :)

I believe it's as follows from the research I've been doing.

 

Day 1 pomadoro

Day 2 saffron

Day 3 pimento

 

I do hope this is correct for my cruise in November.

I was hoping for Mojo the first night - Prime Rib! It all sounds delicious though!
