wannago35 Posted August 8, 2013 #30 Share Posted August 8, 2013 Just got a $60. early saver price drop, all together got $115 OBC. I asked for one rate that I thought would bring a $20 drop and he found the resident rate was even less! Getting drops in small increments but I'll take it. Hopefully there will still be some price drops to come before we set sail in October. Good luck to all.

grabitall Posted August 9, 2013 #32 Share Posted August 9, 2013 I have a question here maybe someone can answer before I call Carnival (and look like an idiot). My SO booked three rooms, one for himeself and one for each daughter and husband. He lives in Florida, however his daughters live in NY and GA. Do you think we can still claim the FL resident rate for his daughters rooms? And yes, all rooms are booked early saver.
sueasselstine Posted August 9, 2013 #33 Share Posted August 9, 2013 Just got another Canadian resident price drop - $50 per person! Now with this price drop, we're paying the same amount for a 8N cabin than we were for a 8A cabin a few weeks ago!
Feelin' Nauti' Posted August 9, 2013 #34 Share Posted August 9, 2013 Sad :( Not fair that they only reduce Early Saver fares if the price drops after final payment.

jabberjaw070596 Posted August 9, 2013 #37 Share Posted August 9, 2013 :rolleyes: What risks? Deposits for Early Saver are non refundable. If early saver is cancelled we lose 50 per person and the left over amount is held by Carnival to be used for future cruise.
