Papeete--multiple ships?

I'll be on the Pacific Princess in Tahiti for the Oct 9 2014 cruise. I've noticed that Wind Spirit will be in Papeete on Oct 10 (pacific princess stays in port over night so we don't actually depart Papeete until the evening of the 10th) and that the PG will be returning to port the afternoon/evening of the 10th.

I understand that the PG gets priority in Papeete since it is the main ship that is ported there year round. But since the PG won't be coming in until the afternoon or evening of the 10th and we depart at 5pm on the 10th, does anyone know how this will be handled? Will either the PP or WS get to dock downtown and then the PG will come back to port after we leave? Or will both the PP and WS have to be docked in the industrial pier (I thought I had read that the downtown pier can only take one ship at a time). Has anyone ever encountered this before with multiple ships??

Thanks
