Wondering if the bathroom has a fan in an aft balcony room, or if there is enough other white noise b/c of engines etc, that we won't have to bring the small fan my son is used to hearing at sleep-times?

There is a fan in all bathrooms, but not one that you turn on and off, it's just a little vent that I'm not sure works all the time and doesn't make much noise. But there is lots of white noise in a cabin, ship noise, ocean noise (depending on where your cabin is) and the a/c makes a constant noise too, kind of like on an airplane. I'm sure you'll be fine.

I just found out there are free(!) apps for your phone or iPad that make white noise, so I am now equipped w/fan noise and don't have to bring an extra something along. Just gotta remember to stay in airplane mode so we don't get charged for internet stuff.
