Lactose inolerant

Recommended Posts

On most any carnival ship,

in the lido breakfast lines , you can request soy milk

how you go about getting it is different per ship, but painless.

some ships, you have to bring a cup to them and ask

and some ships, you just ask when you get up there.

that's the only time i drink "milk" on the cruise

for other times and areas, i will defer to someone else.

Contact Special Needs. In the MDR they have a consultant that will go over the menus after sail away (that day you're on your own).

They have frozen yogurt that they fill from pouches on Lido (ask attendants to check the wrappers).

Does Carnival Splendor serve lactrose free milk ,cream and ice cream? Can you request it?

My baby was lactose intolerant. During lido buffet, a worker would have to get it. In the room, room service would bring it up. It always arrived in a cup, not carton.
