How/when do i organise permit to snorkel in Jinek Bay?

I've read that snorkelling in Jinek Bay is restricted to 100 people in the morning and 100 in the afternoon. How and when can I organise a permit?

I'm travelling on Carnival Spirit at the end of this month. Can I do it from day 1 onboard? Or could I email them now? Is it a bunfight trying to get a permit?

We are just off the Pacific Jewel and the ship organised the permits.

We didn't go snorkelling there but were not aware of any "bunfights". The weather was reasonably cool-ish and the tides seemed quite low so maybe not everyone who planned to snorkelling actually did go snorkelling.

We had planned to but the only port we went snorkelling was at Champagne Bay and there really were only a few people snorkelling there.

I'd suggest you make enquiries at the Reception Desk or the Shore Tours Desk as soon as possible after boarding....
