Godfrey not e-mailing me back! :-(

Has anyone else had trouble getting a response from Godfrey? I heard back immediately when I originally booked a private tour with him. Now, our count has dropped from 30 to 21 and I've sent him 3 e-mails in the past month. I just want him to confirm (in writing) that he has received my message and to let us know where & when to meet and when we will return to the ship. I'm really getting frustrated with him!!! :mad:

This is odd. We will be touring with him in about 2 weeks. Over the past 6 weeks he has consistently emailed me back whenever I had a question. Last email from him was probably about a week to 10 days ago. Seems like he usually responds within 24 hours.

Thanks for your reply! Now I know his email is working. I don't know if he just thinks he has already confirmed the tour & that 21 of us is fine, but I need to know what time we meet him & how long our tour will last, too! I just sent him ANOTHER e-mail so maybe he'll finally answer this one!
