An email for our upcoming Coral Princess cruise states that it's available onboard.

I was on coral a few weeks ago, and there was nothing new. You could still go to princess.com, etc., but there was no access to your shipboard account. I was hoping for it, and was disappointed.

I agree...why send an email telling us it's available when in reality it's not available. :(
