B2B Alaska - Customs Question

Would someone please tell me how customs works in the following B2B (Same Ship) scenario:

 

Week 1 - Round-Trip Seattle

Week 2 - One Way Seattle - Vancouver

 

We are US citizens. We are spending a few days post cruise in Vancouver and will fly back to States from Vancouver.

 

How/When do we need to complete Customs forms? Are they needed for US only and just once when we get to YVR?
