The "ship" was removed several years ago. It was a movie prop, never intended for a life in sea water. It was fun to see while it was there, but the elements had taken their toll on it....had to be removed before something happened.

 

Yes, the character will be on the ship on pirate night and on Castaway Cay on that day.

The Black Pearl was never at CC. The Flying Dutchman was. She was broken up in late 2010 due to the ravages of Mother Nature. The Pearl is the Queen Annes Revenge now and last I heard she was in St Thomas for the next Pirates Movie.
