Good Local Lunch?

Our ship is stopping in St. Lucia, but we spent a week there a few years ago and saw about everything, so I think this is going to be a "chill" day for us, but we wanted to at least have a good local/caribbean lunch. We ate somewhere in Soufrieire before but I don't want to trek down there just for lunch. Anyone know of anything like that in Castries/Rodney Bay/Gros Islet?
