acallahan Posted July 22, 2013 #1 Share Posted July 22, 2013 How does it work purchasing on board credit in advance. Do they mail me something before I cruise or is it on my account when I get on onboard
computerworks Posted July 22, 2013 #2 Share Posted July 22, 2013 You should get a confirming e-mail for the purchase, with a 'tracking' number Best advice is to print and bring with you to show proof if it does not appear on your account. Prior to sailing, either you (if booked direct) or your T/A should check your reservation to see that this OBC purchase is listed on the "Amenities" section of your reservation. perkydebrajean Posted July 22, 2013 #3 Share Posted July 22, 2013 I purchased OBC for my last cruise and there were coupons for it waiting in our cabin when we got there. Had to take them down to the services desk the next morning and they made sure it was credited to our account.
acallahan Posted July 22, 2013 Author #4 Share Posted July 22, 2013 Ok but it's relatively easy?
computerworks Posted July 22, 2013 #5 Share Posted July 22, 2013 Ok but it's relatively easy? Easier than reading this thread. http://www.ncl.com/freestyle-cruise/gifts-and-more#onboard Simple...you give them money...and spend it back onboard.

Called the 1-800 number listed and placed my order. Coupons for everything I had ordered were waiting in our cabin when we got there. Extremely easy! Talus731 Posted July 23, 2013 #7 Share Posted July 23, 2013 Before our last cruise I just called the 800 number and told them how much I wanted for OBC, and they charged my card. I recieved an email showing the amount in the amenities portion. No coupons were needed. Easy Peasy. Sent from my new Galaxy S4!!!
