Saphire beach and mountain top

Looking to go to mountain top and then to Saphire beach just 4 of us but possibly up to 12. What's the best way taxi or tour.

The new Mountaintop isn't the same now as the original that burned down, it's mainly a store with a view of Magens Bay and just doesn't have the character of "the old place". So unless you wanted to spend a lot of time there shopping I would just have a taxi driver take you there and and wait for you, then drive you to Sapphire.

 

The drivers also stop for photo ops at scenic spots along Scenic Drive and at Drake's Seat on the return to port, you could also request that as part of your return.
