Do all ships have hair dryers in the rooms?

the ones i have been on have had one attachedto the top drawer, but they seem to be only 1200 watt and you must hold the button the whole time you are trying to dry your hair.

No, they don't all have them. Fantasy Class ships do not. And the ships that do have them, in my experience, they are worthless. I always pack my own

Do I need to pack my hair dryer?

A hair dryer is provided in the bathroom (Destiny, Triumph, Victory) or at the desk/vanity in the stateroom (Spirit, Pride, Legend, Conquest, Glory, Miracle, Valor, Liberty, Freedom, Splendor and Dream).

Hair dryers are not provided in the staterooms of all other ships.
