Inexpensive tour starting a Megan's Bay?

We've been to St Thomas several times. Have done the normal tours, spent a day each at Coki, Sapphire (2x), and St. John (Cinnamon and Trunk). This trip we thought we'd try Megan's Bay.

 

Question: does anyone know of an inexpensive tour that will drop us at Megan's Bay for 3 hours in the morning then pick us up and take us on an interesting tour?

Cabs only $8 last time I was there a few years ago . Driver was happy to return to pick us up at pre planed time . Even took us for a tour . We def hooked him up with some extra $ . It was great and the driver appreciated it .
