Dolphin Encounter

did the dolphin encounter just last week. you get taxi trip to park and entrance to the park. Once you get there, you get a short talk about dplphins and instructions, they issue you a life jacket and you go out to the pens where the dolphins are kept. You get led to a stairway that end on a steel grate platform about 3 feet underwater. You'll be standing on this for the duration on the encounter, so wear something on your feet that you can get wet and will protect your feet. You will be introduced to the dolphin, get to pet her, give her a kiss and she kisses you, and shake hands/fins. Water time lasts about 45 minutes. You can buy pictures and a video of your encounter. Afterward you can stay in the park and see the birds, gardens and swim in the lagoon. Tour personel will give you a voucher for a taxi ride back to the docks.

Spence, were you booked through a ship excursion or through Dolphin Discovery? We planned on taking the ship excursion and staying longer and catching a taxi back to the ship. Would be nice if they vouchered us. Thanks for help.
